It requires:

• Large tooling costs (often tens of thousands of dollars)
• Long development & testing timelines
• Commitment to very high order quantities

Most customers asking for a “custom size” actually need a customized case: custom foam, custom panels, custom color, or a specific layout inside an existing case size.

The good news: we have access to hundreds of Seahorse and other manufacturer sizes. Chances are extremely high we can find something that fits your equipment perfectly.

Seahorse uses high-impact, injection-molded polypropylene resins designed to withstand drops, vibration, extreme temperatures, and heavy use. They resist dents, cracks, and corrosion better than most metal cases.

The pressure equalization valve prevents vacuum lock caused by altitude or temperature changes. It allows air to equalize without letting water in, making your case easy to open after flights or mountain travel.

In-stock Seahorse cases usually ship within 1–2 business days. Custom foam inserts or panel builds require design approval and production time.

Yes — we ship internationally via FedEx, UPS, USPS or your preferred carrier account. We also support APO/FPO shipments.

You may return unused, unmodified products within 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee applies to standard returns, but we waive the fee if you are exchanging your item for another case or configuration.
